Sandra Vick wins 2019 BCTF Post-Newcomer Award sponsored by ACID.

For the past 44 years The British Craft Trade Fair (BCTF) three-day event has taken place at the Great Yorkshire Showground in beautiful Harrogate.

Each year at BCTF a number of prizes are awarded to exhibitors and this year ACID was delighted to be invited to sponsor the Post-Newcomer Award.  Kelly Hudson, Director and Chartered Trade Mark Attorney of ACID Legal Affiliate, McDaniel & Co attended BCTF on behalf of ACID to present a session on intellectual property with Q’s & A’s and then took part in the judging of the Post Newcomer award, naming Sandra Vick as the well-deserved winner.

Kelly, presented winner Sandra, who creates beautifully distinctive ceramics, with a unique ACID trophy, £100 shopping voucher and an ACID Member Focus promoting her products to the ACID community.

Sandra will also receive complimentary ACID membership for a year which includes free initial legal advice on intellectual property and design issues, access to the ACID IP Databank to upload evidence of original designs, along with the full range of ACID member benefits.
