For companies with annual turnovers in excess of £500,000, our Corporate Membership offers an opportunity to influence our lobbying activities and commit to ethical business practices, as advocates for original design. In addition to our Standard benefits, you'll receive an Intellectual Property Strategy Review (IPSR) worth £5,000, mentoring, networking, and much more.

You are entitled to a free initial period of legal advice for every separate legal query you have during membership, with access to specialist intellectual property legal teams directly on our website With IP legal advice averaging £200 – £400+ per hour, this is a valuable service for contentious and non-contentious issues and invaluable if you want expert advice without having to make an appointment or visit an office. Uploading your electronic designs and document files to our online IP Databank ensures you have third party dated evidence of their existence. You also have the additional option to purchase an ACID upload certificate that contains unique information confirming the lodgement of your designs on our system – essential if you are relying on unregistered rights. To register 1 design with the IPO in the UK can cost £50.00. 1 upload of 12 files to our online system costs just £1.50. ACID always advocates official design registration through the UKIPO or EUIPO. The ACID IP Databank is aimed at supporting unregistered rights for those that cannot afford to register every design they create. It does not add to your rights but gives a uniquely numbered and dated record of when your designs and documents have been lodged with ACID, for independent third party evidence. You can also upload contracts, tenders, or any document for which you wish to have independent proof.
