As many of you will be aware, our recent ACID member meeting with TEMU allowed first-hand sharing of our members’ challenges with infringements on TEMU; both when reporting infringement and dealing with repeat, whack-a-mole re-seller infringing listings.
Following further TEMU engagement and a concerted effort to improve their systems , they have updated their “how-to guide” for reporting infringement: Report Infringement Guide For Designers
TEMU have asked ACID to share this with our members and wider creative community for feedback and, hopefully, to proactively improve the reporting and take-down experience.
So, what do you think? Does this work better for you, is it a step in the right direction or is there room for improvement?
Let us know at [email protected] and, as ever, please do share your stories with us.
We value TEMU’s continued openness, positive engagement and willingness to improve processes, and look forward to hearing your feedback.
