At a recent webinar for designer makers in the jewellery sector, attended by many. Using jewellery case studies, ACID shared the basics of IP law as a refresher or as an introduction to those who wanted to learn more about the intellectual property that protects their work but also about simple, practical ways in which designers can become “IP savvy!”.

Following the webinar ACID has established close links with the Jewellers Academy and ACID’s CEO Dids Macdonald, OBE., was invited to share her experiences with copying and offer some insights about design law as well as practical tips and advice for designer makers. Link here.
