Furniture News Reports January Furniture Show Postponed

Furniture News reports that following the significant increase of Omicron Covid-19 variant cases across the UK, Clarion has taken the decision to postpone the January Furniture Show 2022 to 24-27th April 2022.

“This is really disappointing news for all of our community,” says show director Russell Rule, “however, the wellbeing of everyone involved in the event is paramount. We are committed to bringing you January Furniture Show in an environment where everyone feels safe to do business and with this in mind we feel it’s the right decision to postpone to a later date. We will always work in the best interests of our customers – both exhibitors and visitors – and we believe a safe and successful event can be run in April 2022.”

Russell says that exhibitor stand bookings, along with any orders made to GES and visitor registrations, will be automatically transferred to the new date.

“The event in April promises to deliver an exceptional buying experience and opportunity for great business.”

Firmly established as the key furniture and interiors event in the UK calendar, the event in April promises to deliver an “exceptional” buying experience. With an exhibitor list comprising over 400 UK and international exhibitors, supplying upholstery, cabinet, beds and interior accessories, January Furniture Show promises to be a one-stop shop for all the latest collections in furniture and accessories.

January Furniture Show is an ACID Accredited Exhibition and we hope to retain our stand in Hall 5 Stand A71 for the new date in April when we will be supported by the legal team from McDaniels Law to give IP related help and advice.
