I am a freelance designer who is regularly commissioned by clients to produce a wide variety of products and designs. I have a problem where a client is alleging that they own the rights in the product I have created. We did not have a written agreement. What do I do?

Ordinarily, the creator of the work owns the IP unless you have assigned the rights via an agreement. It is important to have a clear evidence trail of creation (make use of the ACID IP databank!) and any email correspondence showing you are providing work.
