ACID Team will Remain Available for Help, Advice and Queries

Dear ACID Members

We would like to assure all ACID Members that the ACID Team are available for help, advice and queries. Like most businesses in the UK, we have taken the decision to work remotely from home in compliance with Government advice until we are advised differently.

We are fortunate in that all of our contact can be carried out via email and telephone calls, which have been diverted and we will maintain normal hours of business 09:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.  All ACID Legal Affiliates can also be contacted via our online contact form or by telephone if you need advice.

If you need any help with uploading designs onto the IP Databank– clearly so many of you are still designing prolifically which is good news, so do let us know. Renewal payments made through your email reminder link will still function and Direct Debit payments will proceed as normal.

For anyone switching to Direct Debit or taking that option as a new member, you can make your initial payment via BACS and Direct Debit instalments will continue afterwards as normal. You will receive an email notification of your Direct Debit schedule but these will not be posted. You can access your invoices my logging on at www.acid.uk.com where invoices are kept on your online profile.

We are now also able to take card payments over the telephone but there may be a delay in processing these so bear with us.

We are aware that this is a very difficult time for all small businesses, of which we are one, but if we all support each other normality will return at some point and this will pass. At which time, we all need to be ready and prepared to return fully to our UK position as the most innovative and creative business sector in the world.

Most importantly keep family, colleagues and friends safe by staying at home.

Best wishes
