We will be sending out an email to all Members shortly inviting you to take part in an ACID Member Survey. This is your opportunity to ensure that ACID Membership contains all the benefits that you as a member, designer and/or manufacturer require as part of our ACID Community, at a cost that reflects value to the member and supports ACID as a not for profit company, to achieve our aims.
As we start a new decade and prepare for Brexit, we want to make sure that ACID is delivering the campaigns, benefits and services that really help you, our member, to protect your intellectual property rights. We are reviewing what we do and looking at what we could do differently or better. We would welcome your feedback and help.
We are inviting you to participate in a membership survey. This is your opportunity to tell us what you like, what you don’t, and your ideas of services or benefits you would use if we can introduce them. We can’t promise to implement every suggestion, but we will listen and respond where we get a clear picture from across membership.
The survey will be confidential, but if you would like us to respond to you directly over any feedback or questions you have, then please fill in your contact details.
As a thank you for completing the survey, which is 20 tick box and multiple choice questions, we will credit your account with 10 IP Databank credits at no charge. All you need to do is email us at [email protected] with the redemption code that will appear on the last page of the survey with your membership name and/or ID number and we will do the rest. As well, we will draw one member’s name from the hat to receive a prize of £250. We really do appreciate your views and we are ready to hear what everyone has to say.
