ACID is determined to seize this opportunity to amplify your voices and drive improvements to reform UK design law.

We need your invaluable help spreading the word throughout your membership base and wider community so we can get as many people responding to the consultation as possible. More importantly, we need case study stories of real-life experiences so that government are left in no doubt about the real toll copying takes on our creative and design industries, especially with the relentless rise in AI. We must be able to demonstrate that the current legal framework is not fit for purpose, it is overly complex and cost and time prohibitive, making enforcement within the current system an overwhelming challenge. Things need to change.
