I designed a small collection for a UK High Street chain. Several years later I discovered copies at a trade fair, but they had designed several additional pieces – these weren’t designed by me, but used my “hand writing”, design details and colour palette – is there anything that covers me for these “new” designs?
We would need to look at what you made and what the High Street Chain is selling but we would also need to look at the arrangement you had with them and what, if any, contracts were entered into at the time. There may be something you could do if you want to send the images to us to have a look at.
