I am considering approaching manufacturers to make copies of a new design I have creat. Are there any steps I should take to protect my position?
I have noticed that another company is importing copies of my design and selling them at a much lower price. What can I do?
I commissioned someone else to produce a work for me and they do not want to assign the copyright in that work to me. Is there anything that I can do?
If I cannot require that person to assign the copyright to me, is it possible for me to make a few changes to the commissioned work and not infringe the copyright in it?
